For the fastest response, please include your phone number (the one you use to sign in), the name of the relevant app (OnWay Iraq, OnWay Iraq Merchant, or OnWay Iraq Driver), and a short description of the issue.
In-App Support
You can also reach our team from inside the app: open the menu and tap Support to start a chat ticket. We respond directly in the app and you can attach photos and order references.
Frequently Asked Questions
I can't sign in.
Make sure you are using the same phone number you registered with, including the correct country code. If you don't receive an OTP code after 60 seconds, tap Resend code. Still stuck? Email support@onwayiraq.com with your phone number and we will help you recover access.
The app says "Not serviceable" in my area.
OnWay only serves Iraqi cities at the moment. We are live in Baghdad, Erbil, Sulaymaniyah, Basra, Mosul, Najaf, Karbala, Kirkuk, and Duhok, and we add new cities every month. Make sure your device location is accurate and that you've granted the app location permission.
My order is late or missing items.
Open the order in your Orders tab and tap Get help. You can chat with the store or our support team directly. We will refund or re-deliver as appropriate.
I want to delete my account.
You can request account deletion in the app under Profile → Privacy and sharing → Delete account, or by emailing support@onwayiraq.com from the email address registered to the account. We will permanently delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by Iraqi law (for example, transaction records for tax purposes).
Refunds and cancellations.
You can cancel an order before the store accepts it for a full refund. Once the order is accepted, refunds are handled case-by-case depending on store policy. Contact us if you have any issue and we will work with the store on your behalf.
How do I become a partner store or a driver?
Stores: download the OnWay Iraq Merchant app and follow the onboarding flow, or email merchants@onwayiraq.com. Drivers: download the OnWay Iraq Driver app and register with your ID, license, and vehicle details, or email drivers@onwayiraq.com.

We take security seriously. If you've found a vulnerability or security issue in one of our apps or services, please email us at security@onwayiraq.com with details of the issue. We will respond within 48 hours.
